Responsible management has long been an intrinsic corporate value at Bassetts and is a constant priority that we believe is essential to long-term profitability and value creation.

As a part of the Saint Gobain group, Bassetts has a deeply rooted tradition of acting in a responsible and ethical manner, and of being actively and positively present in the communities where we are established. This Corporate Social Responsibility Statement (the CSR Statement) reflects the core values that have guided, and continue to guide Bassetts.   


From 2016, the CSR roadmaps on the following themes are being deployed:

Saint Gobain’s board of directors has approved the CSR dashboard containing eleven KPIs.

These operational indicators illustrate our determination to:

As a part of our CSR objectives, we support local communities and charities every year. Activity to date has allowed us to:

  •       Local sports team sponsorship
  •       NI regional skill build competitions for plumbing and tiles

  •       Barnardos 2011 – 13   – £22.5k
  •       Macmillan 2014 –  15 – £25k
