Showroom Sales Support Location : Portadown

  • Effective training of new starts. Supporting their development to the standards required to enable confident and competent management of the customer sales journey, to deliver profitable sales for Bassetts.
  • Roll out and management of agreed standards and processes ensuring a consistent approach is applied across the showroom estate.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practice and achieving best-in-class customer service across our showrooms.
  • Support, motivate and mentor the showroom sales team to deliver against the agreed sales and margin targets for each showroom.
  • Effective training and development of the Sales team to maximise sales opportunities utilising the services, software and product offerings that our showroom estate can offer.
  • Support and take a lead on the rollout of new initiatives, services, process improvements and sales promotional activity across the showroom estate.
  • Oversee and assist with the coordination of Showroom Display Refits.
  • Support the business and participate in Exhibitions/ Trade shows.
  • Promote good housekeeping, ensuring that all showrooms accurately reflect the high standards expected within our business.
  • Collaborate with the different departments within Bassetts to help instil a consistent culture of high standards and quality across the Bassetts showroom offering.
  • From time to time, provide sales support for showrooms that require it.
  • Bathroom Showroom Sales Knowledge
  • Good people skills, effective communicator, mentor
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good technical, software, and design skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple initiatives
  • Mobile – prepared to travel to all showrooms within the Bassetts estate.
