The promoter of this competition is Bassetts. Bassetts is a division of Wolseley Limited. Company Number NI685067.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
- Prize description: A £3,000 Bassetts Showroom voucher to be used on Bathroom products.
- Prize excludes installation and labour costs.
- The winner is responsible for the installation of the bathroom products selected with the voucher.
- Bassetts will not be held responsible for faulty installation.
- No refunds, exchanges or returns for any other product within Bassetts.
- Employees of Bassetts or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.
- Closing date for entry is Sunday 19th June 2022 at 6pm after this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- The winner will be drawn at random by Bassetts.
- The winner will be informed by Bassetts via their contact details submitted on the contact form.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
- If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified of winning, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Bassetts shall be entitled to select another winner
